Co-existing with Coyotes

Many types of urban wildlife live in and around Lowry in East Denver, including coyotes. According to the city, animals that live in cities tend to be intelligent and adaptable, and have been able to change their lifestyles in order to take advantage of these urban habitats. Lowry today has several hundred acres of open space that is home to urban wildlife. Native areas will also be restored at Boulevard One.
