Lowry Groundwater Update: Notice of Public Rulemaking Hearing Before the Colorado Water Quality Control Commission

Lowry Assumption, LLC (LAC) is seeking site-specific standards for the ground water contamination associated with the Former Lowry Air Force Base. The Colorado Water Quality Control Commission will consider the adoption of revisions proposed by LAC to the Site-Specific Water Quality Classifications and Standards for Ground Water Regulation #42 (5 CCR 1002-42) at its May 12 Hearing.
