The Denver Planning Board unanimously recommended approval of three zoning applications to Denver City Council on June 4.
The three applications address single family detached and single family attached (town home) areas. New home architecture and parking will be subject to the Boulevard One design guidelines. The guidelines require two parking spaces per home or townhome. The guidelines are posted online at www.lowryredevelopment.org/boulevard-one.
The zoning applications will be presented to Denver City council in late summer. The Lowry Redevelopment Authority plans to sell the first lots to single family homebuilders in early fall.
