At their February 26 meeting, the Lowry Redevelopment Authority Board of Directors approved a revised General Development Plan for the Buckley Annex. The revised plan, presented to the community on February 5, will be submitted to the Denver Department of Planning and Community Development, Planning Board and Development Review Committee.

The Lowry Redevelopment Authority (LRA) Board of Directors has approved an Economic Development Conveyance for the Buckley Annex property, bounded by Monaco Parkway, First Avenue, Quebec Street and Bayaud Avenue. The Air Force is expected to transfer the deed in the next few weeks.

The LRA is finalizing negotiations with the Air Force to transfer the Buckley Annex property for redevelopment. A final agreement is expected sometime in March.
